Through The Looking Glass

 Hello,
Today my post is inspired by this years vogue met gala. I absolutely adored the theme this yearand some of the outfits were incredible. I loved Beyoncé's and Sarah Jessica Parkers looks the best and likes the statement Rihanna made with her (scrambled egg) dress.  This inspired kimono is from warehouse two years ago. I really like the black and white monochrome contrast and the slightly de saturated floral print, Otherwise I feel it would look loud and cluttered which is a look I prefer not to go for. My dress is from ASOS and I couldn't complete this look without my Coachella inspired, slightly heeled sandals.

Oversized Peplum

Hello,
So I've been absent for a while as the dreaded exam season has come over us. But with only one exam left I thought I would get back into the swing.
    My outfit today was so comfy. It was very sunny here in Brighton, however, was quite windy as you can see by my hair. I opted for my oversized peplum. I personally find normal peplums aren't very flattering on me because it does not sit right and makes my hips look bigger than they are. But this oversized version is perfect. I opted to go with my faux leather jacket (£10 steal from primark) and some H&M dupes of riding pants. I then paired my favourite and well loved pair of leopard print shoes, which looks great with most things.
